We offer layaways on NFA items over $3000. We do NOT offer credit. All merchandise shall remain our property and in our custody until final payment has been made.

We offer 3, 6, 9, or 12 months terms. Please see the following payment terms for layaways:

For a 3 month layaway:
25% minimum down payment plus a $25 service fee for setting up the account. Divide the remaining balance by 3. This figure is your monthly payment. 

For a 6 month layaway:
25% minimum down payment plus a $25 service fee for setting up the account. Multiply the remaining balance times 1.09 and divide by 6. This figure represents your monthly payment.

For a 9 month layaway:
25% minimum down payment plus a $25 service fee for setting up the account. Multiply the remaining balance times 1.135 and divide by 9. This figure represents your monthly payment.

12 month layaways are available if desired.

Buyer shall be emailed a written copy of the layaway agreement.  Buyer shall acknowledge via email that they have read and agree to all terms set forth in the layaway agreement.  Buyer's acknowledgement via email shall have the same full force and effect as signing and returning a written agreement. Downpayment is due within 7 calendar days of our agreement or seller shall have the option of cancelling the transaction and reposting the item for sale.  Payments are due within each calendar month. If your payment is not received within the calendar month the item will be reposted for sale and your down payment shall be forfeited as a restocking and reposting fee.  No partial payments of monthly payment amounts due will be accepted.  If in default, any payments made after the initial down payment amount shall be refunded to the buyer within 10 business days upon receipt of written instructions by the purchaser.

3. The laws of the State of Florida and Florida courts shall have jurisdiction over this transaction.

4. All correspondence shall be in writing or via email. No modifications of the terms set forth above shall be deemed accepted unless received in writing or email and acknowledged as accepted and agreed to. Seller does not send statements and it is the buyers responsibility to make timely payments. Buyer may request their balance due and seller shall furnish this information via email.

5. All sales are final on layaway merchandise when paid in full. No returns, refunds, or store credit.
